Site Manager – Office Fit Out (Cat B)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 12-week Cat B office fit-out project in Stockport, covering 3 floors of a commercial building.

Key Responsibilities

Full site management of a multi-floor Cat B office fit-out
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
Managing subcontractors and trades on site
Ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
Managing RAMS and site documentation
Monitoring quality control and snagging

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects (Cat B essential)
Experience managing multi-floor commercial projects
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage programmes and drive progress
Excellent attention to detail and quality
